We realize that from time to time you may have to punish yourselves to kick your performance up, especially if you are a competitive racer. However, time and repeatable results have shown us that we can get the improvements we want by riding smarter not harder. So, for those who train for charity rides, cycling vacations, or to keep up with their local club rides, you will find all this and more to be achievable with a SufferLess type of training. To that end, we have put these practices into place and onto film right here in our SufferLess collection of training videos. If you are a a Spinning or Indoor Cycling Instructor, please do not buy this app - instead use Class Builder as these ride segments are not shareable between apps (Apple's policy, not ours) and therefore if you purchase ride segments here, they can't be used in the Class Builder application when you go to teach class. Class Builder offers these same in-app purchases and from there you can further embellish the ride with additional teaching parameters before and after the video plays. Each segment contains carefully selected and fully licensed and beat matched music for use in your own personal training or classroom instruction. This app allows you to mix and match the origin of your intended rides as well as group the rides by type of outdoor terrain in the event you are training for a specific purpose. If you are not intending to teach an Indoor Cycling class though, but are just trying to have a good cycling workout without paying a ton of money for specialized computer/bike trainer integrated hardware and software, you have come to the right place!! You can effectively download an entire virtual cycling DVD that normally sells for almost twice what you will pay for these individual ride segments! Convenience, flexibility and substantial cost savings were the compelling forces that drove us to create SufferLess Videos!
